This is a very eye-opening film that projects the importance of family through sports. He now is able to use his size and power and become a great football player who is recruited by many colleges including his new parents alma mater "Ole Miss". I had read the book and in the book nothing is that black or that white for that matter, but this is as movie and as a movie it works.
